I’m really excited about the new renovation project, its not going to be a house share just a nice two bed starter home or ideal BTL. I’ll be posting regular updates so you can follow our progress. First job, gut it, remove the wall between the kitchen and dining room to make a nice open plan living space and install the damp course.. Watch this space and follow the renovation journey.
