How many vendors or landlords think about staging their properties but then think it’s more hassle than it’s worth. I’m here to tell you it is worth the hassle. If you want to maximise rent achieved or sale price then Home Staging needs to be seriously considered. I know what you are thinking, ‘it’s costing me enough to sell/rent this house already!’.
There are options out there, there are some great companies that you can hire furniture from usually starting from a couple of hundred pounds a month. Or, if you have storage available to you, you can purchase the items and store them for each use. Failing that you can use your own furniture. Where there is a will there is a way!
This particular house I use as an example we sold in just 24hrs after going on the market. Take a look at the before and after pictures.
