This flat was getting really tired and slightly damp. I have a close connection with this place as it was my home for many years, it had already been refurbished once back in 2001 but it was most definitely ready for round two! Damp course essential, re-plaster where needed, there was a really old cupboard from floor to ceiling which was impractical, old and dusty that we removed. We had a couple of new windows to replace some blown ones. The bathroom was actually pretty good so we added some better ventilation and additional radiator, took delivery of a lovely new kitchen and then it was time to put it all back together..
